Meet the Team

Dustin Windham has 20 years experience specializing in business development and polyacrylamide chemistry. Before REDEYE CHEMS, Dustin served in technical and business leadership roles at SNF and then went on to start Ultrablend (acquired by Frac-Chem 2021) - a pioneer in powder friction reducers for the hydraulic fracturing market. Dustin holds a Master's in Business Administration from Rice University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Texas A&M University.

Ray Veldman has 40 years experience as a chemical engineer and chemical applications expert in the oil and gas industry. Prior to REDEYE CHEMS, Ray held senior management roles at Weatherford and Magnablend (acquired by Univar 2012) then held an leadership position at Gulf Scientific (acquired by BYK 2020) - a market leader in production chemical additives. Ray holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Texas.

Juan Cortez has 30 years experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry and specializes in clarification, flocculation, and dewatering. Before REDEYE CHEMS he worked for FBS, Inc. (acquired by SNF 2020) and lead their expansion into Latin America.
